Setting things straight

I spent a couple of hours playing a couple of games with MightyMouse. Shamefully, we haven’t done this together, just him and me, since the beginning of lock down.

But also, I’ve had quite a task set before me in sorting out our utility room. Rugby and football boots, PE kits, clean washing piles, dirty washing piles, candles, pet food of every variety, vases, cleaning and polishing stuff, cartons of juice and jugs and wines and picnic plates, disposable tableware, thermoses, light bulbs and tools and ironing stuff, walking boots, bats and balls, hospitality tableware, frisbees, cricket bats and hockey sticks and oh my goodness ... just so much stuff.

And all generating rubbish and charity offerings at a time when I can’t get rid of it.
