Squirrel Nutkin

Sadly, for Squirrel Nutkin who is happily lying on top of my shed, the peanut feeder is empty as are all the bird feeders. The magpies and crows scare off the little garden birds and take all the food so for the moment Chappie's Food Kitchen is closed. Even the pigeons have temporarily flown off.

A walk with the dogs this morning, a visit to the Post Office and finally the chemist ...... thus endeth the morning!  The afternoon, as I watched the rain fall on the rather parched earth, I made the momentous decision to sort out my freezer .... now I know where the frozen apple puree is. Can I keep it organised ..... in the long term probably not!
