Engineer

Went for a longer walk today, over on the far side of the hills.  

Came across Stephen Ballard's grave (again, but last time I blipped the adjacent tunnel ventilation shaft).

He was the engineer on the Hereford & Worcester railway line, having built quite a reputation for dealing with difficult ground conditions. The grave lies over the tunnel that was bored through the Malvern Hills (hence the ventilation shaft).
