Woke up to a very miserable day.

Had to drive to the periodontist (as appointments are allowed again) in horrendous weather.
Once there I was truly impressed by their protocols around keeping everyone safe.
I have returned with a very sore mouth - need to wrap myself in cotton wool now and have a very quiet night.
