Victoria Harbour

Went into the city for a bit today and couldn't help marvelling at the clear sky and fairly pollution free day. Stopped to get this picture taken from the walking bridge outside the IFC looking across the harbour to Kowloon side. The building on the extreme right (pink, looks like a skateboard ramp) is the HK Cultural Centre where we were last week enjoyed the philharmonic orchestra. Also in this picture are two huge cruise liners. We've been on two cruises from here and thoroughly enjoyed them. The boats looked particularly good today!

My friend informed me that the liners are going to be getting a bit of a makeover/update. Yay! Another reason to go and check them out.

Today I enjoyed the clear day and beautiful harbour. Happy weekend everyone.
