Just out

First time in weeks that we haven't needed to water at the allotment - everything looking very lively (including the weeds, of course). Planted out more climbing beans, the work enlivened by dozens of minute grasshoppers leaping about - they were less than a cm long but could still leap to a fair height. And this ladybird was fresh out of its larval jacket - spots still forming.

In the evening we had a Zoom meet up for D's birthday - managed to get some of his Inchcolm colleagues to attend along with a fairly random selection of family and friends. Kept thinking of other people I could have invited, but actually having more than the 12 or so who turned up would have been unmanageable. Here's the view from Ogatodomar's phone in Brussels.
