A sign of spring

Popped over to see my mum today and was amazed by how many of her crocuses are nearly in flower, mine are just budding and I only live about 15 miles away, isn't nature quirky.

My dad loved these hardy little flowers and planted loads of them around the fish pond, so every year mum gets a glorious yellow border and a happy memory of my dad. xx
