Washington DC Aerial 3D

When flying into Washington DC I always try to get the "A" seat on the left side of the plane since there is a good chance that the approach to Reagan National Airport (DCA) will take you right down the Potomac River.

This landing pattern provides a unique aerial view of the Mall with the Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument, and the Capitol building all neatly aligned as Pierre l'Enfant intended in his plan for the city.

I was able to capture two quick, successive shots which, fortunately, aligned nicely in Photoshop to render a nice 3D image.
