Meadowhead and Arthur's Seat

Day 3 of my lockdown, and I am very busy again. I do a quick walk up to Howe Park, and the supermarket to try and get some groceries that we didn't get at the weekend due to stockpiling. Back home I have a Skype meeting with work colleagues, followed by a lot more work.

After work I got for a walk in the crisp clear sunshine through the woods to Mortonhall, where i head north. At the top of the hill I take a shot of Meadowhead with Arthur's Seat in the background. Meadowhead Farm is an equestrian centre, but at this time of the day, the horses are in the field  relaxing

I head home over  the Braids Hills. The light is late afternoon when I get there. Looking east  take the Extra 1 f the Bass Rock and North Berwick Law. The Rock has tints of orange. Looking West, there's still quite a bit of snow on Ben Ledi. (Extra 2)

Wednesday. A busy week so far. That mid-week beer goes down a treat.
