Hazel

Katie brought the chilren over today, the warmest day we have had so far,90ºF at 2 o'clock this afternoon. I think summer has arrived! They all had pizza and ice cream in the deck, early, before the sun got round onto it! Hazel wanted to go down and see the cows (actually they are steers, but that will come later!)and the inevitable happened. As Charlie said, "they stampeded!" (see extra). Poor things, they were just getting some rest in the shade!
Tomorrow, we should start digging.
