Day 83 of Shielding

I ventured out today to the hospital for transplant clinic, the first time out since early March.

I didn't enjoy it, it was far too stressful. Some people have a problem with social distancing and following rules.  I was in there about 40 minutes and I was glad to get home.

I've struggled to focus the rest of the day.

The roads seemed like normal to me on the M4, I found that disheartening.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  A trip out, despite the stress
2.  The continued support of Paula for shopping
3.  A book delivery
