Crocodile Shadow

I had the place to myself this morning when paying the water bills. As I mentioned last year, Capaz has been remodeled similar to other city buildings. Even the art stenciled on the windows is the same and the shadow it cast caught my attention while waiting for the clerk to process my payments.
