Mountain View

I went back to the Cross Conservancy yesterday for another visit. I went solo so that I could really explore! The Conservancy is on 4800 acres and has miles of paths and trails. That it’s just outside city limits is astonishing. I hiked a 12 km loop and enjoyed rolling fescue fields, magnificent views, aspen groves and wildflowers. I also captured some deer, woodpeckers and bluebirds. Today we are making the 600 km trek back to our cabin. I’m hoping to find the National Parks reopened.
