The son of the garbage collector in town here makes these fabulous metal sculptures out of junk.

Super hot and humid here. Yesterday I went out to the 2 thrift stores that ventured to open with shortened hours and limited capacity, only so many people in store at one time. It was a challenge to get my mind back in working mode and I have been having a lot of trouble with concentrating as it is but I did my best. It was good to see familiar friendly people again!

I have not watched news overnight so I do not know if the other 3 officers have been charged yet. I don't understand why they weren't right away. It is nothing less than a slap in the face to a nation/world that is already injured from so much injustice.

Good things:  I saw a pair of swans and their tiny babies yesterday, Barber shop is open again, I can actually work for those wages I have been getting all along. I picked up season one of Shaun the Sheep DVD at library and that is a fun diversion, so far the Bull episode is my favorite.
