Sunset on Narrow Neck

Freyjad's wide challenge today is colourful.
I thought conditions would be right this evening to colour the cliffs and they were. The light show only lasts for about 5 minutes so you need to be ready.
This is the Narrow Neck plateau which forms the divide between the Jamison and Megalong Valleys in the Blue Mountains.
I have not noticed that rocky piece jutting up on top before. It must have been hidden by trees which were burnt out in the recent fires as this is where they came across into the Megalong.
The mine we visited yesterday is roughly at the junction of the trees and the cliff face.
