Coral Blue

Today's blip is a test run for the February photo assignment for our local photography club. The assignment is "patterns." Thankfully a Biology department has oodles of things with a variety of patterns.

So I brought a few home and tried some reflective lighting to see if I could get something a little different. I like the colour, sort of like the shadows, but wish the pattern was a little more uniform as cropping was a challenge. I think I just need to frame things a little better. Maybe a tighter macro will make it look like a mountain range. 27 more days to figure it out!
