Busy day

Up early to get to the supermarket for 7:30 to get some items for AJ.

Back for breakfast and a relaxing coffee.

Took hubby to go and collect his new car - this has been a long time coming and Covid hasn’t helped. He should have collected the end of March but due to lockdown hadn’t been able to; as he has collected after 1 April there has been an increase - extra £500 - due to his first years tax being higher (something to do with emissions and Mercedes?). As companies were struggling there was no give and they didn’t throw in any goodies. It’s the first new car hubby as purchased, and an automatic (he’s always driven manuals)! :)

Left him at the car showroom and went to the wholesale warehouse for provisions (got some lovely new bowls) :)

Back home for lunch, then off to deliver shopping - AJ, my sister and our daughter. As our daughter wasn’t in, caught up with her later - Austin is 3 months old tomorrow !! , trying to sit up all the time and struggling with the heat at the moment. :)

Back home for tea and a relaxing evening - finished my blanket apart from the border - just need to work that out! :)
