Mum and kids

So I am looking out of my Office window and I am presented with this sight of Mum and eight ducklings walking past the house.

They are from Sheepwash pond, which is at least 300 yards away, and they have just turned round and are setting off back to the pond.

Shelley was concerned for their safety, as there is a busy road between us and the pond, but they made it.  

At the end of our walk this evening we went to check and there was Mum with all ducklings present and correct!
