Orchid

Met a friend to show her (well distanced of course) the ponds nature reserve. I have pics of the duck family, a frog, water crowfoot and this orchid which I can't identify. Just one and not seen one there before. Doesn't quite fit any of the descriptions.
We also saw a dipper, a sparrowhawk (I think) a variety of small birds and lots of flowers. It was warm and muggy, a bit like an early African morning.
Also got some gardening done, went for a run (more or less Sunday's in reverse), and had a Zoom church meeting. 
I need some spare time to get things done!
