RIP

Ivy found this little pigeon by the side of the conservatory.  The poor thing couldn't fly and had a damaged wing.  We put him in a box and I took him over to Jayne's.  Jayne runs the hedgehog rescue and also takes in birds.  She said he had been caught by a cat, she gave him antibiotics and fluids but it sadly passed away.  Poor little soul, only a juvenile.   I wont tell Ivy, she was so proud to have found it and rescued it.
