Bougainvillea

Today we went back to Athens for a few days to get a few jobs done there. The ferries are now running, with reduced capacity and added precautions (masks, distancing, hand sanitizer etc) and passengers have to give in a declaration of health including contact details and ID. The weather was too cold to stay outside for long so not quite as nice as it might have been!
The main drama was catching Saffron, who got wind of our preparations to depart and decided to hide. I managed to find her and grab her eventually but she turned really wild and bit me quite badly in the wrist and hand. I did a makeshift job of cleaning and dressing my bleeding wounds and rushed to catch the ferry, but my first port of call in Athens was the local chemist, who gave me a tetanus jab and a week of antibiotics.
I really must invest in some proper protective gloves, as this is the second time she's sunk her teeth into me!
