I have been out on my bike every day since I last blipped, doing roughly 8km each time. This might not sound a lot, but with my damaged lungs and having to stop often to get my breath back, I’m delighted.

As ever, this morning, I headed over to Melrose and I actually remembered to take a photograph today. This is the world famous Greenyards, the home of Melrose rugby club and the original home of Rugby Sevens. I think there can’t be a finer view from a rugby ground than this with the Eildon hills as a backdrop.
