The Path Often Travelled, Aylesford

An earlier walk today into the Valley In Between to try and capture the early morning shadows and highlights. Today's image is of the new sand and gravel path that has been built at the start of the route through the valley (even though it was completed only a year or so ago, I've already travelled along it quite a few times as part of my photography project to capture the valley).
It's so different to what was there before which was a thin, muddy path that became almost impassable in spring and summer due to the explosion of vegetation - mainly huge swathes of nettles.
