Oat Biscuits

I thought I would try and make some oat biscuits. I think I put too much sugar in they are very sweet. I haven’t done much baking since my daughter lived here. That’s years ago now :-)

A nice quiet day after a very hectic Joe Wicks this morning. The hardest workout so far. I did most of it. (Glass half full attitude).

It was my Mums birthday today she would have been 100 years old. We still miss her after all this time.
