Elderflower Cordisl

We collected some elderflowers from the local fields - enough to make some cordial with lemons, sugar, an orange and water, following a recipe provided by one of our daughters. We were able to sample it with our evening meal - and it was very successful!! It is very satisfactory to be able to provide something so delicious from the fields!!
