Musselburgh

This glorious early summer heatwave reminded us of our family camping holidays in the Pyrenees! We walked round the lagoons at the mouth of the River Esk with sweeping views of Fife and Arthur’s Seat. Nesting housemartins, playful ducklings, diving terns and soaring larks added to the idyllic summer scene. Everyone, and there were many, strictly observing social distancing at all times. This glorious spell of weather is due to break tomorrow, sadly.
