Sunset on lockdown

So today things start to change again and we have a little more freedom than we did. Mixed feelings for me - personally I would have preferred we stayed locked down for a few weeks longer to knock this thing on the head but it’s not to be... let’s hope it’s not too early. A decent day at work although everyone seemed low on energy for some reason. I know I was after a broken sleep last night.

Mum came over for a socially distanced BBQ in our garden tonight. It was great to have her over but felt all a bit awkward trying to keep to the guidelines and keep her safe. We chatted until the bugs came out and she headed home, us inside. I went for a quick walk up to the golf course to catch the golden sun as it slipped down.
