Like Living In A Flat Above A Bakery

I managed to get up and have a pre breakfast session on my cross trainer before starting work this morning so was feeling rather proud of myself! Then to top it off with a 3.5 mile walk with Eldest after work, I feel extremely smug....and absolutely shattered!!

It was such a warm and sunny evening and the smell of the cut grass drying for hay was lovely....I would imagine to the horses in the field next door it would be torture...rather like the time I lived in a flat above a bakery!
