Flat calm

J was working again today so it was an early walk for Kilda in the gardens. Decided to go out for a run before it got too hot but even leaving by 10am it was hot by the time I’d finished and it was a slow run as a result. Spent some more time doing the cake topper and sorting stuff out in the house. Went to the beach in the evening so J could go for a swim. It was high tide and loads of people still there enjoying the sun on the small bit of beach there was. Kilda was very good, normally a high tide and screaming, running little units is a nightmare with her. It was a good night for a swim
