Hazlehead Park

It is the first time I have been here for months, and the park is looking magnificent. I am afraid I have not done it justice here. Sometimes the picture I had in my mind is not reflected in the resultant photograph. Maybe I can make another visit before the rain starts tomorrow.

There were a large number of gardeners working in the park, especially in the rose gardens. One of the gardeners said it was the first day they have been back after three months. They certainly had nice weather for their first day back.

Was today the first day the recycling centres were open. There was a huge queue of cars waiting to go in and the centre was not even open yet.
