Out For A Trot

........before it gets too hot.
I had an early river run with Indie this morning covering 6K. Lila chose to stay in, which she has been doing a bit lately. She knows when I’m going running and no amount of jangling her lead could encourage her to leave the basket in the kitchen. Still, I guess at 77 in dog years she’s entitled to give it a miss once in a while! The dogs are in and out the garden all the time with us at the moment and we usually go for an evening walk with them when it’s cooler, so they’re getting plenty of exercise. I’m sure she’ll be up for a walk later.
