An old plant that has seen better days! it still manages to produce a few blooms but it soon looks a bit battered.

Finally got the freezers defrosted. I wait for warmer weather which makes life easier, but the chest freezer is hard work because I can only just reach into the bottom! Anyway it's done for another year now and Gareth is hoping to come on the 15th, bringing a lamb (meat). So we are looking forward to that. It's hard to come by and costly in Kansas unless you raise your own, which we used to do and then had plenty.

A warm day and I hope it continues through the week.
