Mr J and I had our weekly visit to Halfpenny Green Wine Estate for our isolated shopping slot. The usually calm and relaxed staff had received various rude phone calls this morning, expecting everything to be back to normal. Poor T was quite stressed after one abusive customer had demanded Sunday lunch in the restaurant despite it being shut, other people are ignoring all the signs and barriers and just entering the shop regardless. Politeness costs nothing.
