Mojito in the park

My calf muscle is hurting again so I decided to give running a miss again today. Instead, I got up quite early and cycled to Richmond and back home along the river. I stopped at Teddington lock for a cup of tea which I’d taken with me. Ben was asleep when I left and was still in bed when I returned. Penny is still looking quite pale and peaky.
At 2pm, I cycled towards Kingston and met with my friend whom I’ve not seen for 3 months. We meet at least once a week normally. We sat by the pond near Hampton Wick all afternoon. When I got home, Ben was just taking Penny to the park to meet her friend. Later on, we had a BBQ.
