This individual dandelion 'parachute' seedhead flew past me and as I tracked it, it became entrapped in a spider's web. As soon as the spider felt the vibration it was out to inspect its 'prey'. Realising it was nothing edible, it quickly chewed the threads to release it * see extra. Amazing, this tangled web appears to have seen better days, yet can still do its magic.
