Letters from the past.

Lots of letters from the past.  I saved these after Mum passed away but have never read any.  Today was the day.  A lot of the early ones are 1873 ish and I have struggled to read them.    This one is one of the impossible ones.  To save on paper and postage, letters were written one way, the paper turned through 90 degrees and used all over again.  I suppose people got used to reading these but not a hope on my part.  The black edging to the paper denoted notification of a death.
