Changes

Don't ask me why I thought that today was a good day to shift furniture to vacuum. I scored a teaspoon under the sofa and endless acorns and crestnuts from Jasper's toy box.

Then of course I had to make changes. At the time I was careful and my back was fine. It's less fine now. :-(

Unusually I didn't see Jasper at all today. As the temperature dropped and dusk approached I headed out with his treat tin.

He was a distance from home and he's not a happy boy. Something has upset him, he's jumpy and stressed.

Today's gratitude: For the normal number of people in a spin class. There's still social distancing but it felt nearly normal. I was delighted to discover how good that feels.
