Columbine

A wet day today and I was awaken to the sound of thunder and lightning!  When we lived in the Dakotas we experienced quite a lot of thunder and lightning and liked to sit outside and watch it pass.     I have spent most of the day icing the back and some heat also, but not sure if that actually helps or not.  Ibuprofen is my best friend at the moment!  I sure hope tomorrow is better otherwise I will be seeing the chiropractor come Monday.
