Funemployed!

My Dear Princess and Dear Fellows,

Day 1 of Funemployment and it was overcast, grey and rainy outside.

Damn. I'll just have to stay inside and hang out with Caro and the cats. Caro threatened to do things in the afternoon. She wants to clear out the garage which she has already managed to fill with things, and then play with all her bits.

By which she means the tools she bought from Mitre 10. You wash your mouth out.

However, this did not happen. Instead we watched "The Count of Monte Cristo" starring Guy Pearce and Jim Catweazel and waited for the Tortie Cat to come for her nightly dinner on our deck.

She's not a stray. We are sure of that. She's very well-groomed and quite fat. But on the other hand, she LOVES hanging out on our deck, winding up the boys and eating their leftovers.

She seems quite fond of Caro too. Her tail flicks up when she sees Caro and she runs in circles when Caro talks to her. I'm sure she would like to come in, but there's no way the boys would tolerate that.

"A GIRL?!? In OUR house??"

So it was a day where nothing much happened, except one or two cat dramas, and lots of snacks and naps. Or "Funemployment Benefits" if you will.
