Up early because I was hungry and in need of breakfast. After an hour I had to go back to bed with an increasingly achey head. Slept on and off until 11.30, then managed to get up.

All day I’ve been groggy and headachy and really lethargic. I managed a quick walk to the shop for a couple of bits for dinner. Matt cooked while I slumped. It was delish but I couldn’t manage much, even though I’d felt really hungry before.

Dunno what’s up but I hope it’s gone tomorrow.
