What a glorious day! Lovely to have sunshine beaming in through all the windows. Great to have all the doors open to the garden. However, I appreciate the light more than the heat and do still spend a lot of time in the shade.

Then Gordon decided to unearth the barbecue from its winter hibernation and he cooked chicken and vegetable kebabs and potatoes in foil. Sitting outside at 7.15 with the sun shining on the patio and the red wine opened - perfect.
