Goldies

Did manage the early morning walk (in Bury Knowle Park - see the extra) then spent much of the rest of the day in the garden.

Lots of bird life around - blackbirds, starlings, house sparrows, blue tits, great tits, robins, magpies, jackdaws, wood pigeons, distant kites plus a guest appearance from a pair of goldfinches.  

It all got a bit frantic when a fox leapt onto the fence - before racing off along the fence tops into a neighbouring garden.   I'm guessing it was curled up asleep somewhere and got disturbed.
