Hedge Woundwort?

We set off for a walk at about 930, with no particular route or destination in mind but heading in the general direction of Arrow valley lake (a nice name for what once was a rubbish tip). Taking paths that we have either never used before, or at least since we lost our last dog, we arrived at the lakeside cafe, closed of course but not unexpectedly. The paths that we took were unpaved and rough, intended for use by people on horseback, this meant fewer people and no bikes, the paved paths were a nightmare. With the roads so quiet why do cyclists intent on speeding have to  do so on paved paths crowded with people, children and dogs.
I'm not confident in the identification of my blip, and would be happy to be corrected.
