Todays Efforts.....!!!

Some really good Sweet Chilli Sauce...a Fish Pie for the Dinner...
And 7Up Scones to which I added some sultanas...!
Has anyone else made these...so very simple ...just the three ingredients...
400g self raising flour...
175mls double cream...(I used single that’s what I had)..!!
175mls regular 7Up..
Bake at 200degs fan oven for usual 15mins approx..

Really nice and light with the 7Up giving the sugar and the ‘fizz’ to rise them...different ..didn’t believe it would work but it Does!!
I added the sultanas as we like a little fruit in our scones ..maybe they would have risen higher without them but that could be my imagination..I’m not a great scone maker anyway...!!
