The final Thursday

Imy sister has gone out pretty much every week, my mum has been banging a pot this last month, thos was the first time dad said he'd let us wheel him down the drive.

We are very lucky that no-one in the family has needed intensive care these last 3 months, but dad lost an old acting colleague in March, and we did need to call in the re-deployed OT lifting team for mum. So, we clapped.

But it is clear that deep systemic change is needed to ensure both Health and Social Care can become and remain the core public (not insurance/profit driven) services we all need.
