Getting busier

The car park was nearly full at 7.00 this morning. 

Our diaries are also getting filled - but in a different way. Yesterday I had an early walk, a Zoom meeting with our Virtual Bridge Club sub-Committee at 9.45, an online seminar at 11, playing bridge at 1.30, and “The Cellist” at 7.00.  And that’s without several phone chats with good friends. 

“The Cellist”, a ballet about the life of Jacqueline du Pre, was relayed on the Royal Opera House YouTube channel. Even if you don’t think you like ballet, can I suggest you watch this magnificent broadcast, which is still available. Moving, emotional, graceful.....unforgettable.

Today sounds quieter for me, and I’m almost pleased.
