Rainies Beach

It’s 5.30pm here in NZ and would you believe it we are watching our NZ Warriors playing live against an Australian team.  Our team left their families in NZ a few weeks ago and after two weeks quarantine were allowed to practise and rejoin the rugby league series which re-started this weekend.  
It is a real novelty to watch live sport and our boys are up 12 - 0 against their opponents. I’m not a big rugby league fan (give me rugby union any day) but when it’s our team I will watch. Empty stadium with a section of cardboard people, oh and there is crowd noise to help with “atmosphere”
My blip and extra show what we did this morning, and in primo conditions. Yes, walked the cliffs and beach.  Frosty start, with a cloudless sky .
