A silly remake of Sidney Nolan’s surrealist portrait of Ern Malley for Silly Saturday.

Ern is a famous, but totally fictitious, poet invented in 1944 by two conservative poets to hoax the modernist literary journal Angry Penguins.

Nolan’s painting is held by the Art Gallery of South Australia.
