Semi lockdown bread

One friend got some bread flour at the supermarket for me last week. Then the friend I met for a picnic on BH Monday asked did I want some fresh bread yeast? Yes please.. so by Weds I thought I’d better use this well travelled yeast (I reckon it did about 80 miles by bike between us!). The bread is yummy, rosemary and olive focaccia and I’m now a convert to fresh yeast!
