Rose curtain again!

The Lady Hillingdon has gone a bit bonkers and we have a rose curtain that is stopping any light coming in the kitchen.  I love it of course but Vik threatened to cut it back but compromised by standing on a wobbly chair on a brick path and tied it back instead.  V and Suriya went on another long walk put to Winchester HIll while I worked. Quite peaceful I have to say.  I went to have my semi deaf ear looked at in Petersfield which was quite a pantomime really.  Rang the doctor in London who emailed Boots in Petersfield with a prescription within an hour.  I suspect some things won’t go backwards - we’ll all be self diagnosing and ringing our docs for prescriptions.  One way to get rid of those waits to see a GP.
